A New York Spring Break

Spring in New York always feels like a collection in motion, textures, colors, moments all gathered and stitched together like pieces of a story I didn’t know I was telling until I returned home.

This trip with the family for college tours and some Spring Break fun, was that and a curation of everything I wore and discovered along the way.

Spring calls for ease, so I loved finding the flowing maxi dresses - light, effortless and cut with the season’s signature puffed sleeves. There’s something about the way they move in the city breeze, among the blooming trees and brownstone stoops, that makes you feel part of the rhythm here - but not this time - I’ll need to go back when it’s a little warmer!

The color-blocked Tulip bags - a playful little pop of color that felt right for the season. Crafted from panels of beautiful suede in contrasting hues, gathered softly with a drawstring top, blooming into their namesake shape each time you close them.

And on my feet, always my favorite Golden Goose sneakers, so needed for the NY street steps. Uniquely elegant yet grounded, they carried me through long days of wandering. Their worn-in charm and subtle nod to ’80s skate scene - refined, but never too polished.

Now back in the shop and recommending online I find myself excited to weave these new finds into my daily closet. Because in the end, it’s never just about what we wear, it’s the feelings of where it takes us and the memories it brings back.
